OUR TEAM
Fabian Robinson
World Champion and published author Fabian Robinson has over 35 years of professional dog training experience. His book *Back to Basics* is a top training manual for achieving a well-behaved family dog. A master of problem-solving, Fabian has trained K9 units, service dogs, and personal protection dogs. He won the 2014 Working Dog FCI World Championship in Sweden—an achievement unmatched in the U.S. His expertise is taught in universities, and his dogs have starred in TV shows like *Person of Interest*.
Gina Bishop
Gina Bishop, a lifelong animal lover, was a successful horse trainer before excelling in Schutzhund (IGP) with her German Shepherds, Dux and Casso. In 2016, she and Dux represented Team USA in the Universal Sieger World Championship in which they led team USA to a 3rd place finish out of 12 countries and 90 competitors! She is now competing with her young dog Coudy Jirka! Dedicated to dog training, early on, she completed an extensive 2 yr service dog program focusing on rescuing shelter dogs and training them for disabled veterans. Gina developed ACC IN 2018 and now owns this successful company with her partner, world-renowned dog trainer Fabian Robinson, achieving top rankings in IGP competitions. As well as developing and mentoring young dog trainers! She and Fabian customized a training program called "The Clean Slate" using versatile techniques Tailored to each dog individually, then once back in the picture, teaching the owner to have a clear inside communication with their beloved pet, ensuring lasting results for a happy, well-trained dog.
Riley Hoerzing
Our Head Pet Trainer, "I’ve always known I wanted to work with dogs in some capacity. originally started working with shelters doing rescue work, until I met Gina and Fabian who scouted me and saw my potential in training. That was 7 years ago, since then I’ve only become more passionate about these amazing animals. It has been a dream come true to be able to do something that I love so much." Riley Is our very own ACC Certified "Clean Slate" trainer who competed against several other students and was chosen to take over our pet training division. He studied and trained under Fabian and Gina for 6 years exclusively and is naturally talented and compassionate about every dog he touches. Our clients also love him! Riley worked his way up from a kennel tech, he attended our "Clean Slate" dog trainers school while being promoted to Kennel Manager and now is our Head Pet dog trainer! Riley even moved on to our property to make sure the animals he is responsible for so they have 24/7 care! We are extremely lucky to have him! Riley enjoys including his 2 dogs Vala (GSD) and Nala (rescue) in training sessions or demos with clients and their dogs in various scenarios.
Cindy Baker
Born and raised in Martin County, I was born with a love and unique bond with animals. Dogs in particular. I Went to grooming school in 2000 the day I graduated from high school because of that bond. I have had the ability to successfully groom several dogs in a gentle and patient manner that have been deemed "ungroomable”. Cindy has been with ACC since 2023 taking care of the dogs, plus she has 25 years of professional grooming experience. Cindy also competed in several grooming competitions and attended many grooming seminars to further her knowledge and skills with dog grooming as well as creative hair designs and canine hair coloring. Cindy was such a great addition to the ACC team which allowed us to open our Full Service Grooming division which our clients absolutely love now that we are a "One stop shop!"
